Glimpse of my room

So my life has been quite hectic these past months and this is why.... IM IN UNI AND I HAVE MY OWN FLAT. As you can see i haven't decorated very much but with my cosy quilt and Disney theme I'm alright with it right now. I'm also the only one here at the moment so i have broke out the sketch pad (do we say that) and got drawing/doodling. Ill try and do an updated version once I've fully decorated - also might have a Christmas tree included in the background, which i am SO excited about.

Complex layering in Photoshop So this is what I have been up to in the past week, it is very similar to what I have posted before regarding the Christmas sale frames I did in December. However, this time I've got a bit more experience doing this in class and these are all my own original photographs. I've basically opened up a selection of photographs within Photoshop and then layered them all on top of each other. Then, using the different blending modes I kinda styled them as such to how I wanted them to look like. It really isn't hard and it just takes time to investigate what the main tools are and what they do to experiment with them- most professionals don't know what every single feature within Photoshop does.

In the life room

This is my second year of practicing life drawing and i am still no where near i would like to be in it. These ones are very quick 10 minute or 20 min drawings that we are challenged to do to get our brains to see differently- all this does is make me want to collapse after all the concentration!! These little ones are the most recent that i have done using only white and black chalk on paper that isn't pure white- definitely getting more difficult as the year goes on....
