Irish dancing

It's been so long since I've done a post I don't know how to start it!!
Since I was very young I was taken to Irish dancing classes every week. I enjoyed it so much that I kept going back.
I got good at it and took part in many feis and competitions which spurred me on to do more.
After many years I moved country and the lessons stopped until recently  (8 years later!!) ive picked it up again, still absolutely loving it.
It's suprising the difference between doing it now compared to then. The fitness involved is incredible, when your young the fitness levels and muscle strength is good. Going back to it however I've had to rebuild the years of muscle strength that I've lost. Regardless it's always good to keep a bit of movement in your life right?
